CORE COMMISSION
Standard to Capped Status
You keep the lion's share of your hard work. Join on a competitive 70% commission split. Once the agency retains £30,000 (the Agency Commission Cap), you transition to Capped status and keep 95% of your commission until the end of your trading term.
ADDITIONAL STREAMS
Revenue Share & Referrals
- Revenue Share: Earn 2% of every transaction completed by agents you introduce to the network.
- Referral Schemes: Earn generous fees from referring clients to our trusted conveyancing, survey, and mortgage partners.
